Although recycled plastic rugs can still get wet, this does not cause them to be harmed or lose their colour.
DO PLASTIC RUGS GET HOT?
The majority of plastic outdoor rugs have an open weave, allowing heat to pass through, circulate, and cool. Because heat is well-resisted by materials like polypropylene, the rug won’t be overly warm to the touch. IS IT SAFE TO PLACE A Recycled PLASTIC RUG NEAR A FIRE PIT?
Although plastic outdoor rugs can withstand high temperatures without becoming warm, we don’t recommend putting the rug right in front of a flame. Naturally, if the rug you buy is marked as flame-retardant, you can put it safely close to a fire pit, but we still advise placing a guard in front of the put to prevent flames from spitting onto the rug.
